I have a year subscription but after 6 weeks i can not get a connection with the portel.

I watch with a formuler z11 that works perfect.

When i contact early about this   they ask to try a app but than i have the same problem.

Also with or without vpn same problem.

The only thing is of there is something change with Portal username from the Portal side.

Please Please help me did like your service Thill 22/7 very much.

I am trying your SYNC IPTV. I tried to sign up for the free trial but I ended up paying for 1 month somehow. Anyways, the service works well sometimes. I have noticed that during peak prime-time hours the service starts to fall off. What I mean by falling off is that the picture and sound start to buffer or freeze. Eventually it goes right out by 7 or 8 pm EST time. On the weekends, last Saturday and Sunday I lost signal bandwidth strength by about 3pm and earlier on Sunday. I noticed that I receive all of the world channels which consume some bandwidth even when they are in the background. My suggestion is that you only send me the 4K, US, CANADIAN and UK channels. Basically, I don’t ever watch the “NON-ENGLISH” channels from the rest of the world. I think this should work. If it results in satisfactory performance I will order a longer term of your service.
